Places to Eat

Meat Cheese Bread (SE)

Great sandwich spot with very possibly the best breakfast burrito in town.

Phuket Cafe (NW)

One of our absolute favorites. Elevated Thai food with some great cocktails.

Kachka (SE)

Former Soviet Union inspired food through a PNW lens. Pelmeni, infused vodkas, good vibes.

Bluto’s (SE)

Wood-fired Greek. Go for the skewers, hummus and pickled veggies, stay for the soft serve.

Scottie’s (SE & NW)

Beloved Portland pizza spot. The NW location does slices too!

Lauretta Jean’s (SE)

Pies, biscuits, pastries, but mostly pies. Go after dinner. You won’t regret it.

Providore (SE)

The grocery store of your dreams, but also great lunch options and wines by the glass.

EEM (NE)

Do you like Thai food? How about BBQ? How about Thai BBQ? This has been a fan fav for a few years now.

Guero (SE)

Amazing tortas, bowls and salads. The margaritas are great too.

Ringside (NW)

E-stab-lish-ment. Vibey steakhouse that’s been around since the 1940’s. Best steak in town, hands down.

Places to Drink

Bar West (NW)

Great cocktails and wine on NW 21st. Plenty to see in this area as well.

Bar Loon (SE)

Newer spot on Belmont. Solid food, really good cocktails and lots of space for whatever size group.

Division Wines (SE)

Endless amounts of wine. Sit and eat with some meats/cheese or grab some bottles to go.

Scotch Lodge (SE)

Not just Scotch. The cocktails and food here are outstanding. Vintage vibe in inner-southeast.

Revolution Hall (SE)

Old high school turned music venue. Multiple bars, but the rooftop bar is the showstopper.

Hey Love (SE)

Good cocktails, but solid brunch and vibes too. East Burnside is a solid place for a bar crawl.

Angel Face (NE)

Martini bar on a really fun strip off East Burnside. Get a torta at Guero and finish the night at Angel Face.

Sousòl (SE)

Sister bar to Kann. Caribbean-inspired food and cocktails.

Tulip Shop Tavern (NE)

Classy, upscale dive bar with better food than you can get in a dive bar normally.

Wayfinder (SE)

Great beer in inner-southeast. Spacious and kid-friendly.
